I haven't had any issues yet thank God for that. They are high because it  it was during when it was extremely hot. Then for the air to go out and then I had the new kind of a stuff that they were having to use instead of the old one so it was not nice, I was sad. They were extremely busy trying to get to everybody, I understood that. They need to lower the price. They charged me for the freon and they charged me to come out to do it. They need to not charge me for the high call-out fee.

The price was included in our mortgage. I like the fact that it is that old and it is still working.

They installed our unit 20 years ago and we still use them. They are reliable and they have always fixed the problem. They come in a timely manner.

A/C went out and had 5 guests staying at house. Desperate for help. Wolverton came out that day and got the unit working again. Technician was prompt, courteous, explained exactly what the problem was and what repairs were made. Was so grateful for their quick response and pleased with the work done, I had them return for general service of the second unit a few weeks later. Will definitely use them again.

They were prompt and professional and they did a good job explaining what needed to be done.

Fast and easy.   We have used this company for about 15 years.  They have an annual maintenace contract where they perform preventative maintenance twice a year.   We generally do not have breakdowns or surprises.

Called and they came out the same day which is a real plus in Texas heat when your air conditioner goes out. Wolverton employee got the motor going and the house cooling. But the motor quit about two hours later and we called Wolverton again. Once again we only had a short wait until they showed up. This time we thought it best if he just replaced the motor and he did. He deducted the first trip out from the final cost. The employee was professional and courteous. We've used Wolverton for almost 30 years and will continue to do so.

I've used Wolverton for a/c services for 25+ years and find them to be highly professional. In 2007, they suggested I replace my compressor with one with a life-time warranty and when the compressor failed yesterday, they promptly replaced it at no cost to me and did so quickly and then thanked me for being a loyal customer. I highly recommend them. There are many other examples of their great service.

Denny was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He fixed several things quickly, and explained everything he did. These guys are my default a/c company from now on.

I have used Wolverton Air for almost 14 years and they have always provided excellent repairs and servicing. They have taken care of our AC and replaced our old unit with a high efficiency Bryant. Use Wolverton with confidence - they will treat you right.

I originally called Wolverton to replace a switch in my system that was causing the fan to run all the time. While the technician was there he offered to give me a quote to replace our 30 year old system. After doing some research on-line I felt like his quote was fair and the new system was good quality and a reliable manufacturer. I spoke with Matthew at Wolverton and he came back out with another technician just to be sure we were getting the best set-up for our house. It turns out that the original quote was exactly what we needed and decided to go with. They set-up 12 months, no interest financing and we set the installation date in just about 10 days. The installation took one day, starting about 8am and ending about 5pm. The technicians were nice but stayed busy and were very professional. When the guys left they thanked me and said they had a good day. I would highly recommend Wolverton Air. Everyone was always nice when I called and in person. They were able to explain everything to me (someone with very little HVAC knowlege) and answer my husbands questions (someone with a little more HVAC knowlege). We got a heat pump system, Bryant 5 ton and they threw in a one year maintenance agreement.

Called before they came and were in/out very quickly. Very polite and courteous.

I had to use another company to come and replace our entire air conditioning unit. I did not want to call Wolverton back out, since I have now lost confidence in the reliability of their work. The company I contacted to replace our unit was appalled with the work that Wolverton had done. Due to this I can promise you that I will never use Wolverton again.

Most of my experience with them was pretty good. It took two days for them to come out, but that's understandable for this time of year. The guy was efficient and found the problem real quick. They ordered it for me on a Thursday and came back on a Monday, but with the wrong board. I guess the office had given him the wrong board. They had to come back the next day because it was too late in the day for him to get to the office and come back. It was kind of a glitch having him come back a third time, but overall, I'm satisfied.
