He very nice and his wife is so sweet.

It went great ! Thomas took care of all these problems in under 1 1/2 hours. The drains are working right, the toilet is running quietly and the new garbage disposal is installed.

I like them a lot. They do quality work, reasonably priced, and honest. He is a master plumber.

Did not hire, just wanted a quote if I bought a faucet.

Horrible, He used substandard repairs which I had to have fixed by a more competent firm. I will never hire again.

I recently bought a new dishwasher and didn't want to use the installers that the big-box stores contract with.  Thomas has done several projects for me in the past and has always done an excellent job, so I was lucky that he can install dishwashers too. There were a couple obstacles to overcome with the installation, but he didn't skip a beat in finding solutions.  Thomas and his wife Charm are always so pleasant and professional to work with, and I know I'll be contacting them again, because eventually there's always something that needs fixing.

Went beyond service in helping with this emergency. Professional company with excellent service. I have used them several times with no problems.

He came by promptly at 8:00 am as promised and started working diligently on replacing the faucets in both bathrooms, he then started with the master shower and had to make a hole in the wall to reach the parts that were in between the walls.  His work was impeccable and we were very pleased with the job he performed.  We would call him back immediately if a plumbing problem arose.  We were working with two contractors (landscaping)and Viper and Viper saved the day.  I would recommend Viper to my family and friends.  Great company, great value, great character.

Viper Plumbing responded to my query promptly. I was given the price of the service call as well as the hourly rate. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. He explained everything to me ad completed the work in a timely manner. I am very happy with Viper Plumbing and will use them for my future plumbing needs.

I called Viper Plumbing to arrange for an installation of a new electric water heater, since my existing one was starting to leak.  Although they indicated they were very busy, they were able to fit me into their schedule.  Mr. Jade arrived exactly when promised and was able to install the new water heater, despite the fact that it was much shorter than the existing one.  He had all the parts necessary on his truck to adjust the fittings for the new water heater and installation went perfect.  He is disposing the old water heater and after the install was completed, cleaned the area up.  I was very happy with the entire experience and definitely would recommend Viper Plumbing.

After I tried with no success, I called Viper and Thomas was close by. Before he got here my toilet went down and everything was back to normal. Thomas showed less the half and hour from first call. Looked everything over said I must of busted the clog loose and did not charge me ANYTHING.

We've been loyal customers of Viper Plumbing since 2010, and throughout that time, Bill has always been someone we can depend on.  Customers can trust that he will do a professional job, and at a fair price.  Viper Plumbing is our only plumber, and I use his services for both my home and rental property (including replaced a water heater and outside drains). My only regret is that it's taken me this long to write a review!

I had an emergency call for a leak under the sink and they even did some extra work on the side.  Their work was very good, they are very friendly and go above and beyond with their service.

this gentleman was great.   very professional and we felt he knew what he was doing.   he didnt waste any time, found the problem, fixed it in short order, gave us the paperwork and left.   we liked him!

We like them a lot.  They do good work and we will use them again.  If you have an emergency, he can take care of all the emergencies.  If it is not an emergency he's been prompt to come in.  He can stay late and take care of emergency.

It was a good experience. He's very prompt and thorough. I would absolutely recommend him.

Job well, as promised

Such a wonderful experience...and yes I'm talking about plumbing lol! He called to let me know he was in route, showed up on time, quickly assessed the situation, and repaired my irrigation leak. Then he readily repaired a faucet that we had failed to mention upon setting up our appointment. Will definitely use Viper again for my old and ailing 37 year old home. I am female and am always wary I will be taken advantage of with service type calls. Ladies do not hesitate, you will not regret it.
