Todd is one of the most agreeable people I have ever had do any work for me. He is friendly but not "chatty" because he has work to do. He is almost always able to get to the house on exactly the day I request and at the time I request. And he is willing to do "whatever it takes"-----that is what he says "whatever it takes".
I was hesitant to use him the first time because his price was so reasonable, but I decided to give it a try and now I am a believer! I can afford to have him come several times a year -- and I do. I am thrilled to have found Todd.
