 + -1 moreI have used Thom since 1986. He does an excellent job. He calls to remind me every year that it's time to tune the piano. He's always on time and does a great job.

 + -1 moreThomas is extremely competent, did an excellent job in a timely fashion, and left us with a piano literally as good as new (after years of neglect). I'd use him again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Raise pitch; tune; reshape and space hammers, remove and replace action, adjust capstans and pedals, tighten screws; turn front rail pins; repair bench; re-tune after all repairs completed.

 + -1 moreTHOMAS IS EFFICIENT AND KNOWS HIS PIANOS. HE TAKES THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF TIME TO DO A GOOD JOB. GIVES FRANK AND HONEST ADVICE. IT IS A PLEASURE TO HAVE HIM IN MY HOME FOR WORK.
Description of Work: REPLACED A BROKEN WHIPPEN FLANGE, ADJUSTED CAPSTANS AND PEDALS AND REPAIRED LOSS MOTION BETWEEN KEYS AND ACTION, REGLUED 2 LOOSE HEADS AND DAMPER SPOON REPAIL, AND TUNED PIANO.
