We got the Sweet Inspiration package, and paid in full at the time of the consultation. The cake was delivered to our venue in a chilled truck, right on time. The cakes (wedding and groom's) were AWESOME!!! The top layer came in a separate box, ready for freezing.
Then, when our refrigerator died unexpectedly, we lost the top layer that they had prepared. I called to see if it could be replaced, fully expecting to pay for it. They are replacing it at no cost!! Now, THAT'S service!!!!
