This is a one man show but I liked him. He got the job done at a reasonable rate and he didn't try to sell me anything extra. He was very practical and straightforward. I really liked that he spent some time explaining things for me. We did some troubleshooting together about a few things I could change myself, too. It was nice. I didn't feel pushed around.
