Never use Kevin again for anything. Will not return calls or show up to redo his pitiful work. He left a big mess on bathroom walls as well as skylight.

Roof leaked around skylight, had to have a roofer to re do that. He sprayed paint all over the inside of the new skylight. He splattered paint all over the wall paper in the bathroom. We are both in our 70s and cannot climb up to clean it up. He never would come back to finish the work on the water leak under the sink. He put an outside faucet in on the side of the house and hooked it up to the HOT water. Would not come and redo his work. I can't remember what we paid him but it was a heafty price. Been almost 2 years so don't remember.

Painted 2000sq. Ft. of ceilings and 3 rooms with fete tied and painted small bath for approximately 7000.00. Fixed atrium door but now doesn't close properly but the trim if fixed now. Replaced sky light for 350.00. I will add some photos of the paint work later. He yelled at me because we would tape places that needed repainting and he didn't like the amount of places we would tape but you will see in the photos that some places didn't get painted at all. We have since gone back and painted it for him rather than have him do it although we paid him full price. Didn't even paint one bathroom ceiling. I know this as the green paint that was over the ceiling white paint before he painted is still there. I didn't mention it as he doesn't like being corrected.
He was very nice and talked a good game like how he only uses Sherwin Willams Duration paint as he " got a great deal" from the local supplier only to find out that he used Pro200 which is a good paint but not as good. Cheaper paint. As long as you agree with him that he is doing a great job he is happy but as soon as you point out some issues, per his request, he isnt happy and wants to get out of the job ASAP. We were going to have him clean and re poly the kitchen cabinets but decided against it. We were afraid he wouldn't do a very good job and waste the money so we did it our selves. As he was yelling at me about "how I was expecting a brand new house "and wasnt going to happen we decided to not waste his time any further. I didn't expect a brand new house but I did expect a finished house that I didn't t have to re paint places because he was in a hurry. Especially for 7000.00. I would use the 2000.00 estimate of another painter and expect missing places all over the ceiling and walls that look like zebra stripes from the sprayer.

I would not hire at this price range again as I guess I expect to get what I pay for. The 1000.00 hallway job that he would criticize while yelling at me did better. I expect over spray for that price. I didn't expect white overspray on my bathroom wallpaper for his price but yet he did overspray on the wallpaper. Sorry. But I was disappointed.

He was very timely. He was very knowledgable. He's time efficient. Everything was really good. The price is reasonable, definitely worth it.

Kevin, returned my call asap, and said he would come out at 8:00 am on Friday and he was prompt, gave me a quote and started the work on Friday afternoon/evening.  Kevin was finished with the job by Saturday evening.  He did such a great job that my neighbor asked him to repair his fence....
I enjoyed him, he was honest, prompt and told me everything his business could do in repairing around my home.  I will definitely use him this summer for a much needed paint job.

I've been recommending Paul Alvarez. I've been taking pictures of before and after and I've been showing it to my co-workers and box just to show what a great job he did and how nice it looks. We started out just doing painting and just we continued on, we added a little bit more and he would tell me what the prices are going to be. At the end, he gave me the receipts and everything and that's a plus. I have no complaints. He is the ultimate professional. He even had his work team out there and they stayed busy until I got there to let them in the house. I was very impressed with them. They would get there between 8 and 9 in the morning until 5 in the evening every day. He would come there with his white shirt and white workpants on. We would text back and forth if there was a problem or send me a picture of something. I like the way he communicated and just his whole business. This was a job to them. I'm pressed with how he does business, how he presents himself, and his work.

Kevin did a great job and added us to his already busy schedule in order to get the job done quickly. I highly recommend him for all handymen services.

Kevin is an all-around professional and great guy! He is
dedicated to his trade and it shows. He took a gutted bathroom that my husband
and I were going to remodel ourselves and finished what we couldn?t.
He upgraded existing outlet and added a second outlet to our
bathroom. We wanted extra lighting so he moved the existing light and added a
second light box. We had the plumbing redone to allow the sink to be moved to
another wall and updated the plumbing for the tub. All that and half the room
was dry walled in a single afternoon! This man is a beast!
Unfortunately my husband and I had tried to tile with porcelain
planks that look like wood. Not a good idea with a not perfectly level floor
and armatures! Kevin pulled up the half room of tile that my husband and I
attempted to lay. Kevin leveled the floor, installed tile and grouted. We bought
standard 12x12 tile for the room. Not because Kevin couldn?t lay the plank tile
but because we bought it a couple of years ago and couldn?t find the pattern again
to replace the tiles that had to be pulled up. Since Kevin was giving us a new
start on an old project I decided to go a different direction with the design
of the room.
Like any construction project there were delays and
problems. Hardware didn?t fit in the sink I purchased; I didn?t purchase enough
paint, etc. Kevin was a trouper and explained every step along the way.
At the end of the project I have a beautifully painted room,
with great base board, trim and crown molding. The light placement illuminates every
corner of the room. The new toilet and pedestal sink complements the claw foot
tub installed perfectly.  The room makes
me smile every time I walk into it! Great job Kevin! Thanks again J

The guy who came out did the work and it turned out just fine. The price was all right. He had a young man to come in and help him. After they left, I smelled gas. They found that the nut wasn't tightened enough and there was gas leakage with my drier. Their responsiveness was fine. He kept reminding me that he wasn't making anything on the job. He is the one that agreed to the price. He did a good job. They were going to another job; so I guess they were in a rush and they missed tightening that bolt, but I would use him again.

Kevin and D.J. did a great job. They were very courteous, professional, and in general, were honest hard working guys. We had a few remodel and repair projects to do around the house before we could put it for sale and Kevin did a great job making recommendations on the best way to approach some of the issues we had to tackle in the most economic way.
On top of everything, they work so fast! We were so surprised to see how much he finished in such a small amount of time! Everything I listed above was completed in 4 days! Unreal!
I am sure we will hire Kevin again in the future when we need help with something around the house and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good contractor at a good price.

I hired Kevin to paint the outside siding. His estimate was significantly less than a competitor's and even at that he did some extra work to make sure I was pleased. He came out with an assistant and they had the whole outside done in 3 days. The work is excellent. I liked it so much I have hired him to rebuild a shower which he is completing now. Kevin does it all - framing, drywall, painting, tile, concrete. He does excellent work.

Kevin, owner of Remodel and Repair Made Easy did an outstanding job for us.He clearly explained what needed to be done and did exactly what he said and there were no hidden surprises and costs when he was done. He used very high quality materials and paint. The results showed the house has never looked better. It has made the house POP! His work was superior. I contacted Kevin to come out and give me an estimate for replacing an existing sliding patio door. He set the appointment and arrived exactly on time. He took all the measurements and then explained in detail the steps he would need to take to perform the job. It was obvious to me that he was very knowledgeable and he was very polite and professional. He gave me an estimate for the installation and assured me that the door that I had picked out at Lowes was good quality and would work well for me.Before he left, I asked him if he had time to do a couple of small jobs. I needed a ceiling fan replaced and had an old (very heavy) TV that I wanted hauled off. He said he would be happy to and gave me a quick and very reasonable estimate. Again it was very obvious that Kevin knows what he is doing. It only took him about 15 minutes to replace the ceiling fan and he pointed out a couple of mistakes that the person who installed the old fan had made. Even more impressive was that after he had installed the fan, he was able to carry the very heavy 27" tube TV down 3 flights of stairs by himself! Based on his promptness, knowledge and the care he took with this small job, I will probably use him for the patio door installation. I will submit a review for that after it is done.
