Hired Kevin to replace 3 or 4 shingles and to fix a leak. We thought everything was fine until water started leaking back in. Called Kevin on a Thursday and was told, by him, that he would be by Saturday or Sunday. HE NEVER SHOWED. Called him on Monday and he will not answer my calls or respond to two text messages asking him to come and look at my roof. I paid him $500, which seems to be his base price for jobs, to repair a leak that I still have and now he wont do anything to fix it. Will hire a better roofer next time.

Kevin was really easy to work with on deciding what work needed to be done. He explained what he was going to do and when. He did exactly what he said he would in a timely manner. He replaced rotted wood in several areas, repaired the existing gutters, hung a new back door, hung a new storm door, and painted the sliding and trim of the house. Kevin did a very good job. I expect to use Kevin again for other projects.

Kevin was prompt, kept in touch and did what he said he would do. Can't ask much more of a contractor. Thought price was a little high but he did make a couple of trips due to the fact that drywall needed to dry before he textured. Overall, good job done and nice guy to boot.

A section of my fence was falling down due to the posts rotting out. One morning new posts were set in concrete and the next morning the fence was fastened back on and everything was dog-tight. Kevin is good with prioritizing what repair is most critical so I can stay within my budget.

Workmanship was excelent; however, the 32" door that was installed was of the lowest grade possible. In fact, if there was any lower grade it would not be called a door--maybe a piece of plywood.

Kevin came out on Christmas Eve to see about my need, that right there won me over. Not only deed he address the emergency situation at an afforable price, he came back and provided with a reasonable quote for the job. Very professional and caring contractor. I've been extremely pleased!
