I have been a Pest Gurus customer for over 3 years. Dwayne is the best! He is very thorough and does a great job. No more ants in my house or my yard! Communicates well. Easy to schedule. Very professional, conscientious, and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Z Rate DESERVED!! I called for a quote and was going to move forward with it. His available times were to be Monday and Wednesdays. I wouldn't be home those days. I asked the guy if they did background checks on the people that come out here. I got 4 kids and a wife at home. I dont want some pedaphile or physcopath to come in when im not here. The guys asked if it's a joke and hangs up on me. Very professional sir. No you won't EVER get my business.

I contacted DeWayne Hindman  of Pied Piper Pest , Thursday evening and he arrived the next morning, on time with everything needed. He and his son were professional, thorough, courteous, and mindful ( they took their shoes off while in my home). The price was reasonable and fair and came without any pressure of a contract or scare tactics, unlike others I have used.   I recommend them highly.

Dewayne showed up on time and wanted to know all of the areas and issues we were having. He was very detailed in his inspection of finding out where the problem was coming from. Instead of coming in and just spraying the inside and outside of the house and leaving he took the time to try to figure out exactly how the ants were entering into our home. Which included very close inspection of the inside as well as the outside of the house. He discovered that the source of the ants coming into our home was actually coming from our flower bed in the front of the house. He even went to the trouble of explaining what type of ants they were and teaching us how to tell the difference between ants. Who knew there were so many different types of ants and what each type could do to your home! He even took us around the outside of the house and pointed out the different types. After treating the house he wanted us to contact him in a few days and let him know if we were still having problems. We did contact him at that time because we were still seeing ants. We let him know they had decreased greatly but that we were still seeing them. He came back out two more times and for the first time in many years we feel like our ant problems have actually been solved. We are very impressed with his service and would gladly recommend this service to any one.
