Mr. Martinez answered the call and we arranged for a time to meet. He arrived 2.5 hours late and gave me a written estimate. I arranged for a date a few weeks out to suit my schedule. His crew arrived on time. Went right to work on all of the trees. Had to call the owner to have the root barrier installed the way I had contracted for. The owner came by to personally instruct the crew on the root barrier. Crew damaged my pool filter from falling limbs during their work. Was sloppy on some of the clean up. It took three days to complete the job.
