Robert came out, gave us a bid and we signed a contract with him to remodel our pool. He asked for a 40% down payment and then gave us a schedule of what would be done in each phase. He had a hard time getting the demo done and it took him over a month to get the waste hauled away. Then he said he needed more money before he finished the first phase in our contract. We said no, we would not pay him until he completed the phase. After that he was gone for one thing or another for over two months and then said we were being unreasonable and never came back. After that I started hearing the same things from other neighbors. Do not use this guy. He does not know what he is doing.

It's hard to give a definitive score either to the bad or the good.  If you walk into the store you have a pleasant experience.  The owner and his son have given us more knowledge than we could have ever received from a chain store.  Our problem comes in reliability.  On more than one occasion we were scheduled to have someone visit the house and help us through some issues.  The first time it happened we called 15 minutes after the tech didn't show and were told that he called in sick that day.  It's clear that no one was going to call us.  There have been other "supposed" scheduling conflicts since then.  Once, we were told that the person showed up but we didn't answer the door.  We know that that is not likely the truth, as we were home that day AND we have dogs that bark.  Furthermore, the access to our pool is freely accessible to the tech and he has on more than one occasion accessed it before knocking on the door. He knew what the problem was and could have just started working.

We will continue to work with this company as we like the staff, the prices, and the service.  But we get frustrated by their lack of reliability.

I called and left a message - no response. The next day I emailed - no response that day, but the next someone called and left a voicemail message saying they would come on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and no one ever showed up or called again. Very poor service.

It is a family owned business. They don?t try to sell stuffs that I don?t need. Their pricing is competitive as well. They are honest and customer oriented. They are professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.
