Technician (Derek) arrived early in the 2-hour time window provided when I set up the appointment. He put on shoe protectors before entering home. Checked the problem (leaking faucet), explained what he would do to fix it and the cost. Derek retrieved parts from the truck and completed the job in about 10 minutes. He asked me to check to make sure I was satisfied (which I was). He then completed the invoice, deducting the $25 discount coupon I printed from their website, which I paid. Derek was friendly and professional during the visit.

When I called the shop, it was a little too close to closing time. So, they said they would be out the next day. They came out as promised and replaced the faucet. They guys that did the repair were very polite and honest.

Liberty handled setting the appointment with my tenant, was courteous and professional. They were to call me before starting the work, to give me the estimated cost, but they went ahead with the work, before calling me. I've used Liberty in the past and do trust their judgment, but would have preferred, that they call me ahead.

The arrived on time as scheduled. Derek (the tech) showed me where all of the gas lines ran through the facility, which was a bonus for future reference. They completed the test in a very reasonable amount of time and the charges were less than I anticipated, only 214.00. Excellent vendor. They will be installing three sinks for me due to the initial work performed.

They were very professional, and covered their shoes when in the house. They were very helpful, and I have nothing but A+'s on everything. Their charges were very fair.

Very good to work with from Landlord's perspective, and reports from Tenant are good also. Coordinated with tenant, on time, did not make a mess. Pricing in line with market. Plan to use Liberty again when needed.

SUMMERY LEAK REPAIR PKG 6.75 HRS $1331.

Professional, on-time, courteous, and very reasonable. Will definitely be using them again for all of our plumbing work.

ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, CLEANED UP BEAUTIFULLY. IT WASN'T EASY RETROFITTING THE NEW HEATER INTO THE OLD SPACE, BUT THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS (AND PERFORMS) GREAT. MORE THAN I WANTED TO SPEND, BUT I CHECKED PRICES, AND THEY WEREN'T THAT MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE THAN A ''BRAND X.'' I KNOW THEY'LL BE THERE IF WE NEED THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND EFFICIENT. EACH PLUMBER I DEALT WITH WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR CRAFT, AND SUPPLIES NEVER TOOK MORE THAN A DAY OR TWO TO GET. THE WHOLE PROJECT TOOK A COUPLE OF WEEKS, BECAUSE THE ENTIRE HOUSE WAS BEING RENOVATED AND REWIRED. THEY ALWAYS WORE SHOE COVERS IN THE HOUSE, AND NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT HAVING TO ACCESS AN INCREDIBLY SMALL CRAWL SPACE. I HAVE CALLED THEM TWICE SINCE THEY DID THEIR INITIAL WORK, AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. SINCE I HAD TO INVEST SO MUCH IN THE REPAIR WORK, THEY BILLED ME IN INSTALLMENTS, WHICH HAS WORKED OUT GREAT.

ARRIVED ON TIME, EARLY ACTUALLY, AFTER REP AT COMPANY CALLED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME. PLUMBER AND APPRENTICE WERE COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY; WORE SHOE COVERS; CLEANED UP; WORKED QUICKLY. VERY REASONABLY PRICED.
