LESLIE'S SWIMMING POOL SUPLS

ALWAYSgreat information and product at the retail location. Was hard to enter a DATE as I am in the store through the year. Don't think they have a pool service, just product and water evaluation.

New pool owner with no previous experience/knowledge. I made an appointment for the previous owner's pool service to come and do a pool school for us. He stood us up (thank you very much Robbie of R and R Pool Service--who knew the pool business was so good). In a panic (the pool had not been touched in over 4 weeks) and unsure as to what to do, I went to the local Leslie's for help and recommendations. The guy (Mike) at the store has been WONDERFUL!! He is helping me treat the water and get things back to how they should be. Since I don't know anything about pools, he is guiding me through step by step. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and VERY patient. I have been taking pictures on my phone and he reviews the photos and explains what each piece of equipment is. I can tell by his enthusiasm he loves working with people and helping them solve pool problems. I feel confident, that in time I will feel comfortable with the upkeep of this pool with Mikeand quot;s guidance. I will continue to use Leslie's because they were there for me when I needed help.
