+ -1 moreNelda Brown, one of the two owners of Hylander Roofing Co, is personable, honest, and quick to respond to calls. It is rare to find such Integrity in business. Our Roof was replaced in one day by Nelda's crew, who was courteous, hard working, and careful of our property, cleaning up thoroughly. Our friend climbed the roof to check their work and he was impressed with the Quality of Work & their attention to Detail. Even my Post Woman commented that the crew did Not Block the mail boxes, like so many other workers. I Highly Recommend Hylander Roofing. You can locate them on their web site:www.hylanderroofing.com
Description of Work: Removed old roof, Inspected & replaced the rotten decking; Replaced entire Roof w/ 30 year GAF shingles, 15# felt, New Metal Edge, & added 2 ridge vents [which will decrease our AC electric bill]; Replaced 2 Turbines, 6 Iron Pipe Jacks, 2 low profile Vents, and replaced minor rotten wood trim, fascia, & soffit. In addition, Replaced eleven of our rotten Rail Road Ties [not related to the Roof, but Much Appreciated].
