Jeremy went above and beyond to get the project done in a week. He is very responsive and communicates with his clients
Thank you for the excellent service, Jeremy!
The service so far has been excellent and everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. The company that had given us out first estimate was unprofessional, occasionally rude and extreme verbose wasting a great deal of our time.
I plan to do a second evaluation of the work and workmen who complete the physical labor.
First, they were not to bring a heavy dump truck onto the driveway they did and cracked it. They fought me for months about fixing it. The roofing shingles samples the sales representative showed us did not match in color or design what they installed. Later the GAF representative would tell me that you should never buy any roofing material from looking at the sample the sales representative carry with them. All tar-paper was to be replaced and if I had not been on site they would have used
all old paper. They refused to tear up the old tar-paper as we had agreed with the sales representative it would be replaced, and they would not pull up the shingles and they had already laid to put the new paper down. The vent materials were old looking, damaged and I insisted they use new, they got hostile in the mannerisms. Roofers got angry when I made them stop until I could talk to a supervisor that spoke fluent English. Not one worker could understand more than a few sentences of English. When they started up again they slapped the roofing bundles down hard popping numerous drywall nails in the upstairs bedrooms. I was promised that the sales representative and a supervisor would be on site that never happened. It seems my sales representative was reassigned to a different area and they never have supervisors on a site. Because the workers did not remove the tar paper as directed they fell through an old repair they couldn't see and refused to fix it, sighting previous damage for the reason. All new metal on the south wall was to be installed to address a leak. They did one side only out of two, told me the other side was not necessary and refused to redo the work. Over all they simply ignored what we and the sales representative agreed to, all special notes and agreements between me and the sales representative and did as they normally do. Talking with the foremen, he explained he didn't read the notes until I talked to him about the job. He explained to me that what the crew was doing was just the normal job they always do. It took until November for us to settle the bill. They simply refused to fix or address any concerns other than the nail pops. They did eventually give me what I felt was about 50% of the cost to repair the driveway. This was only after they sent two different contractors out, who after looking at the driveway, hearing me talk about the reinforced re-bar in the concrete, the electronic wiring and plumbing under the driveway would leave and I never saw either of them again.
"As a business owner this is a very tough review to receive because this was a very unfortunate situation. We are very passionate about the satisfaction of our customers and strive to give the best service possible, this is why we guarantee our work.
