BRENDA WILSON- DUNCANVILLE TEXAS OFFICE She had very good professional photos done, but the sent us photos of someone else's house to review. Referred housecleaner who we had to have back three times to get job right. Took many days to post MLS, and her description was SO bad, I re-wrote it and hers was taken down. Never saw her in person even weeks after she listed. Does not list on the web realty sites. Says she will, but only uses Ebby site, which is only in Texas, not nationwide. Never called only emailed and did that only when queried. Brusque and arrogant, very difficult to make her understand we did not want tire kickers, we wanted pre qualified lookers. I still do not know if she pre qualified anyone. Says her exposure methods are to the Duncanville Book Review Club, the Quilters Guild, the Mahjong Guild. I am NOT kidding! She complained to us about previous clients, and was extremely unprofessional. Late on answering two phone calls on two different occasions, said she had left phone at home and that each time she was at parties. Always with the excuses, but never the commitment we had been promised. Soured us completely on Ebby Halliday. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Finally yesterday, three weeks in (still have never seen her in person except at signing) she cancelled us because we make her uncomfortable. A complete nightmare.
