Duncanville Maid Service

I discussed my cleaning requirement, date, and price on May 26. We agreed that the job would be: 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, 1 living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, and foyer. The price would be $190.00. On May 30, the same person called and left a message for me, asking if I still needed her. I received the message on May 31 and promptly called her before 9 a.m. to assure her I needed her. I expressed my concern because I thought our agreement was firm by telephone answering recording. She never kept the agreement, putting me at a terrible disadvantage for guests and my granddaughter's graduation. I cannot say this person did a poor job or good job as I wasn't afforded the opportunity. If you do have an agreement with this company, I would only advise that you have a firm commitment.

She had to vacuum, clean the bathroom, she did the blinds and the baseboards, the ceiling fans, window sills, and the refrigerator. She also did the floors in the kitchen. She did a really great job. I highly reccommend her. She has been in business for 15 years. She goes all over the Metroplex. She is always ontime and very cordial and friendly.
