She is punctual and reliable. Birgit makes our lives easy. She always wants to know if everything is satisfactory and will make a special effort if asked to do anything extra. We can always tell when we walk in that she has been there. The house smells and looks clean.

this is an update. Brigit has charged me 90.00 for the last two
sessions which were 90 min long each. I do almost everything myself, floors, etc, and 1/2 my house is closed off and she did not need to clean that part. Her work was half baked, some
things well done, others not done at all well. She does NOT clean
windows nor did she attempt to fix things I pointed out. She is very
punctual, and always confirmed, but her work is not worth 1.00 per
MINUTE. I am very sorry, because she got on well with my dogs, and I
like her personally, but her work is not up what I have seen from other
professionals, nor is it as good as if I did it myself. I had to let her go after three sessions.

"The agreement with [Member name removed] was 90.00 bi-weekly because she put her house on the market for sale. The very first cleaning was a deep-cleaning and the other three sessions were normal. The agreement for the other two sessions was cleaning the bathroom, dusting, cleaning the kitchen, and mopping the floors/vacuuming. The house is a four bedroom, three bathroom, kitchen, livingroom, and formal dining cleaning job. We never had an agreement cleaning the windows, cleaning the insides of the cabinets, and doing other extra cleaning jobs that were NOT included in the price. As a result, the jobs that weren't part of the price agreement weren't completed."
