Texas Elite Flooring

I hired Texas Elite Flooring to replace the flooring and repair drywall in my condo. The project was scheduled to start on April 14 and finish by April 19. While they began on time, they were absent for three days without notice, causing significant delays. When contacted about the delays, Shae always responded they would be there "tomorrow" or they would finish the work "tomorrow". Despite assurances, the work remained incomplete, with a closet left untouched and baseboards and QR not installed in some areas. Overall communication was dishonest and misleading and I incurred additional Airbnb costs due to their unreliability; had to extend stay at last minute. When I raised concerns about the incomplete work, there was deflection at first and finally I received a threatening message demanding payment. The drywall work was sloppy and T-molds were misaligned. They also caused damage to our front door. I have documentation to support these claims. I do not recommend this company.

This was the worst experience. The owner spent 3+ days on 200 sq.ft. space in a single room with no unique cuts. You could tap on some of the tiles and hear that the mastic was not level or completely covering the bottom of the tile. He couldn?t get the tiles level. He eventually sent someone else over to fix his mess. That guy had to pull up a number of tiles and try to get things but it took quite a while to get things. Turns out the owner had to call him in as a sub and fix other jobs and never paid him for the work he did to fix mine. The owner left his tools in my yard for days, didn?t clean up his mess outside, got mastic on my door and the glass on my storm door that he didn?t clean off. He never came back to seal the tile and eventually stop responding to my messages and calls. Do NOT use this guy. He?s a big talker but he?s a terrible tile guy.

This is the company to call for flooring! They helped us choose the right material and worked efficiently to install it.
