TESSERAE TILE & STONE

We found Tesserae Tile through a granite distributor. She was recommended out of a list of possible vendors. Jennifer was very quick to respond and set up an appointment to take measurements. Our decision process was a little longer than we expected, but that was our fault. We really weren't sure what we wanted. Jennifer helped us with ideas and even brought and left samples for us to decide. Her recommendations were terrific. If we had gone with our original plan, I don't think we would be as happy as we are right now. All in all, I think she was very patient with us. When we contracted the work to be done, Jennifer hit all of our work deadlines without question. There were times when it was difficult to get in touch with her directly, but a call back from Jennifer usually wasn't far behind. Overall, our experience was much better than we expected and we plan to redo some flooring using Tesserae Tile.

Jennifer will be fast to respond, fast to promise a template date and an install date and will be MORE THAN GLAD to take a deposit for 1/2 the work but then SHE NEVER RETURNS YOUR CALLS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We finally got a response and the work was completed. The countertops look nice, but communicating with the installation crew was difficult and not getting a prompt response to our inquiries was very frustrating.
