The results were perfect. They sought to keep prices as low as possible. I checked their numbers on the net and they weren't the cheapest but I knew they were going to do it right. Joey and Ron were great to work with and they are busy and backed up but they were able to get the car back to me in a reasonable time.

I've used Sterling for body work 4 times in the last year.  Each time was an insurance claim and they handled all of the back end negotiations and supplements with the insurance companies.  They work on high-end vehicles and do very good work.  Two separate times, I noticed some slight imperfections in the paint (I'm a real stickler for the record), and both times they recognized the flaws, had the vehicle repainted and paid for my rental car for the additional days.  Noone's perfect, but they do the right thing every time.

I found them on Angie's List. Josh over there got us in immediately. He was very competitive in his pricing. He was really easy to work with. I could spread the payment out over a couple of months, so they had flexible payment plans. Their facility is modern, clean and comfortable. They got the job done before it was supposed to be done. It was done three days early. They were just really nice people. I would definitely use them again. I have already referred friends to them.

The quality of Sterling's work is phenomenal.  We've taken our cars to several body shops in Austin over the years, and nobody compares to Sterling.  The color match is perfect, and the body panels fit together as they did at the factory.  I will never take a car to anybody but Sterling in the future.
