Description of Work: I had a malfunctioning auto door on my aging Toyota Sienna. It wasn't so much the work they did that was great, although it was fine. I appreciated them explaining everything to me. And firstly, they spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem, and then didn't charge me for that. I considered not doing the repair because of the cost. They were perfectly fine just spending several hours with me, diagnosing, and giving great info. Only a couple of days later, I decided to go with the repair, and I'm so glad I did. These people are amazing.

+ -1 moreThey didn’t take the credit card that we carry; that was really the only issue. It wasn’t convenient for us. They were easy to get in and they were customer friendly. They were nice. Their hours weren't as convenient. We have since then found another vendor on Angie's List.

+ -1 moreI told Ryan Taddia that I did not want to spend a lot of money on this problem. The technicians looked it over carefully and then Ryn called to tell me my options and shared his opinions. I chose the option that best suited me and they got the job done very timely. I like that they listen to the customer!
Description of Work: Ryan and Evan Taddia are extremely responsive and professional. I took my Cadillac in for service regarding an oil leak. Ryan gave me my options and then proceeded as I preferred. I will return again and again! And by the way, I have never seen a cleaner automotive shop!
