Premier Roofing has been roofing homes in central Texas for 21 years. We do not chase storms all over the country, central Texas is our home. We install asphalt shingles, flat roofs, beautiful metal roofs, and Energy Star rated composites. Premier Roofing is fully insured, we do excellent work, we warranty our work, and we'll be here if you ever have a warranty issue. Premier Roofing is a "preferred provider" for several insurance companies, which means they trust our work enough to recommend us to their clients. We are a member of the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas, The Central Texas BBB, and the Community Associations Institute. The roof work they did was good. However, the gutters were TERRIBLE! Its been several months since the new gutters were installed and I actually wish I had my old gutters back on the house. I have video of the gutters leaking between the fascia and the gutter. I requested a beige color and got my bushes trimmed to see that one downspout was not only the wrong color, but way too short and was destroying my flower beds and plants. This happened in multiple locations. The gutter was no longer connected to the drains in the flower beds so splashes out and creates huge holes that expose the roots and wash away the mulch. With all the rain we have had, I am almost certain this would have caused foundation issues if left unfixed. I have spent several months fixing their mistakes. I continue to have issues and would not hire them again.

Top notch company and very professional. Repaired roof and replaced shingles timely and cleaned up after themselves. Bob Baker as the representative was very knowledgeable and friendly and responsive to all my concerns. Helped me deal with the insurance company and worked around my schedule. Too bad I will have to wait twenty years to use them again. Highly recommended.

They are very responsive. We had a leak after and the owner came out and acknowledged that his men made a mistake and offered to pay for the damage in our home.
We had a check the net day from him that covered the repair cost of dry wall, texturing and painting.
The follow up and professionalism is amazing. Wonderful integrity make him a shining star.

We had wind damage to our roof and Premier Roofing was recommended by our State Farm Agent. Bill -the owner of the company was a great guy to work with and made sure everything was done right. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

I called Premier Roofing about some leaks in my roof that I was having a problem getting fixed. They were very prompt, found where the leaks were coming from, and fixed them right the first time. Price was reasonable. I was very happy with them and would use them again.

did an excellent job at a price that was $1000 below the rest. Had no issues other than the estimator seemed very busy and had difficulties scheduling an estimate.

Smoothly! No problems whatsoever (although we have not yet had a heavy rainstorm). Workers completed job in one day. Worked very well together. Very professional. Also coordinated gutter replacement (price not included above in approximate cost of service). Will recommend highly to anyone who asks.

We experienced very high winds on 22 Feb. 2013 and there was a lot of damage in the area. I only had a small amount of damage and waited a couple of weeks to call to allow the more heavily damaged homes to be repaired first. I had to call three times, leaving a message the first time, before I was able to talk with someone who could schedule an inspection and generate an estimate. The first appointment did not take place. After another phone call, someone did come out and left an estimate. The next week I called to schedule the work. They were still very busy and it was a couple of weeks before they got to me. When they did come out, the work was completed and I am satisfied with it. This company had come highly recommended and I was very surprised at the poor customer service they provided.

After the wind storm we were receiving several hundred calls every day for several weeks. This is a common problem for roofing companies, and the way we have always tried to manage it is by informing customers of the delays they may expect. Apparently we did not do this in your case. The work went smoothly. It occurred on the date scheduled. Shingles were roof loaded the day before work began. Work began around 7 a.m. and was completed by 2 p.m. The price quoted was significantly lower than other quotes we received or were aware of. Apparently the pricing of these jobs is highly dependent on whether the work is being covered by insurance or not. Premier seems to quote their best price regardless of who's paying. Their representative, Bob Baker, was easy to work with, and the company has a good reputation around Sun City. Bushes and other plants around the outside of the house were not damaged. The driveway was protected, and cleanup was thorough. No complaints. Overall, a very positive experience.
Because of the number of roofers in the area due to the extensive hail damage in March, we had an opportunity to observe a number of different roofers at work. There were some differences of opinion about whether it is wise to roof load the shingles, or whether to carry them up as the work proceeds. Most roof loaded. The underlayment varied. Some were touted as offering a radiant barrier. Our's didn't. Some roofers were using metal drip edge on the gable ends of the house, in addition to the edge where the roof met the gutter. Our's didn't. Most people were selecting high definition shingles primarily from the GAF Timberline series. We thought they gave the roof a checker board appearance, and opted for a lower profile shingle from Owens Corning that had the same expected life, although GAF had something similar. We also looked for a shingle that offered some algae resistance, and the Owens Corning offered a 10 year warranty against algae staining.

The inspection report on the house we purchased recommended several minor roof repairs. We contacted Bill at Premier Roofing and he just asked us to send the inspection report over. After looking at the inspection report/pictures - he gave us a written email quote for the work. It was easy to schedule the work, workers arrived on time, took care of all the items in the inspection report, worked quickly and we're very pleased with the work performed. Bill followed up to make sure we were happy with the work.
We have previously had Premier Roofing install two complete roofs (after severe hail storms) and also had a positive experience with both new roofs. Prices were great on the roofs, materials showed up as scheduled, workers cleaned up each day and both roofs finished on time.
Will definitely continue to use them exclusively for any roofing needs.

I contacted a guy by the name of Josh w/ Premier, after my next door neighbor had them come out and estimate damage to his home from hail. Josh was prompt and professional in returning my call. He came out and provided an estimate at no charge and then worked within the estimate that my insurance company had given for replacement and repairs. My main concern was making sure no water leaks would occur after the replacement. They did this on two occasions for me (once in August 2005 and again in August 2007) due to hail storms and I never had any issues with leakage from the roof. They did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again, based on that experience that I had. It has been a few years ago, so hopefully nothing has changed.
