I've been using MaidPro for about 6 months, and I am a happy customer. They do a good clean at a fair price, but they have exceptional customer service. Any issue that has come up (which is inevitable when you have service people in your home) has been handled quickly and completely. They really try to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. I have hired many cleaning companies over the years, and really I've never been more excited to write a review . I'll be a customer of MaidPro in Dripping Springs as long as I need a clean house!

Very pleased with the service. When I called to make the appointment, the customer service person was very detailed about the services that they provide and he was very personable on the phone. The cleaning person was a little late for the appointment, but the owner called me to let me know that she was running late (she got to my house perhaps 20 min. late). The cleaning person was very thorough and personable and she did a good job.

They attended to details they returned if they happened to miss something. (did not return to our home)

One breakage in our home. It was a face cream jar that was already cracked and they provided a discount for the piece they dropped was the decorative cap..
