First we told L.S.C.S. that we needed it done as soon as possible. He told us he could not do it until the 23rd of April. We asked if there were any opening in his schedule would he keep us in mind. That same day we were contacted with a new date of April 21st which was great. They came totally on time and and worked very efficiently to get the job done. The guys were so polite and easy to work with on top of being very knowledgeable of their trade.

Eric was wonderful. He responded quickly, thoroughly explained the issue in "layman's" terms, and repaired the issue on the spot. He even gave me suggestions to avoid future problems and to promote efficiency. I have since referred Lone Star to several friends, all of whom were also very satisfied.
