Journey Remodeling built a small house for my mother-in-law in our backyard as well as completed a renovation and addition on the main house. It was a HUGE project that took almost a year from permits to completion of both projects. Journey Remodeling far exceeded our expectations, completing the project in a timely manner and on budget. Michael was always professional and courteous. I was very involved in the design of the project and Michael listened to my ideas and implemented them. He made our house dreams a reality! I also appreciated that Michael allowed my husband and I to do some of the remodel wok ourselves so we could have a hand in the process. That meant so much to me, as I had always wanted to design and build a home, but didn't have the ability or knowledge to do it by myself. Michael had great ideas and was really invested in creating a beautiful home for us and for my MIL. Michael's right-hand-man, Joel was wonderful; very professional and friendly, always doing very good work. The contractors he hired were also professional and skilled. I had heard horror stories of other people doing big home building projects, but I am happy to say, that I had a very good experience. I would highly recommend Journey Remodeling to complete your project.

Fine exterior makeover by Michael's whole team of skilled craftsmen. Planning to move but looks so good, we get misgivings. Will use Journey again and highly recommend

We added a addition to our existing house about 400sqft. The work is of good quality and workmen ship. Michael always answered all of our questions and was available when we need ed him. The work is done ahead of schedule and on budget. We also painted the whole exterior the the house and it looks fantastic! Weà ¢à  à  re pleased with Journey Remodeling

Journey Remodeling has an excellent framing and siding crew of 4 or 5 people. They are very skillful and fast. They finished my garage's (24 ftx20 ft) framing and siding in 2.5 days. The workmanship was very good. I am pleased the way garage looks.

I had a kitchen/utility room remodel done recently (Feb/March 2018). I had a of custom built design done & I am extremely pleased with their professionalism & quality of work. Michael really worked with me to achieve the design look & function of my kitchen. In fact, I hired him (May, 2018) for the 1st of two bathroom renovations which will be starting this week. It is great to work with a company that is honest & trustworthy.

Michael did not effectively supervise my job. He travels quite a bit and has other commitments that keep him from being able to concentrate on the job at hand. He is a pleasant gentleman but the work produced by his first carpenter and painters was substandard. He took months rather than weeks to complete the job. I finally gave up and hired someone else to finish the job. He seems honest but is not good at supervising his contractors. He said he should not have taken the job because my job was too small but $10000 is not beans to me. I would not recommend him.

Overall he did a great job, he is very upbeat, does what he say's he will do. He is always there when he say's he will be there. Does the work in a timely manner, and will gives you updates about the process of the job. I would highly recommend him.
