BUYER BEWARE!!! At 5pm on a Friday night, after re plastering our pool, h&h left us with broken pool equipment but telling us that water needed to be circulating immediately or plaster would be ruined and need to be re-done. When we asked bill, the project manager, for help he said, "what do you want me to do about it?" When we deducted HALF the cost of repairing equipment from their final bill, they filed a lawsuit against us. h&h is UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE and clearly LITIGIOUS.

This was an 80's vintage pool.  The age of existing parts made replacement parts troublesome.  Once we had parts, removal and installation presented a different set of challenges.  The crew, on site, worked through all of these effectively. We would have preferred less confusion and what seemed like trial-and-error.
We are pleased with the end results and look forward to enjoying our refreshed pool in the warmer months.
All went well, but the process was more stressful that it needed to be.  We should have spent more time and effort on the "statement of work" and "terms of engagement."  We would have been more comfortable during the project.

This was actually a very odd story. We had new neighbors who had hired multiple services for their new home to update it. At least 6 of these companies came to our house instead of theirs. I guess our address numbers are easily confused. Anyway, one day we noticed our pool is being jackhammered. Uh oh. Our neighbor had hired H & H Tile and Plaster to replaster their pool and the workers showed up at the wrong house. So while we did not actually hire H & H for this job, they had to complete it. You cannot begin a replaster job without finishing it. They had actually only jackhammered the hot tub, but they redid the hot tub and pool as well, so that they would each match and look the same. Some companies may have only agreed to do the hot tub. They allowed us to pick our color of choice. We actually picked a color upgrade and they did not charge us for the upgrade. They came to our house a few times to make sure we were OK with everything. And in the end, the plaster job they did was great. They claim to lay the plaster on thicker than most companies, and that they did. Our normal pool person said they did a very good job. I would recommend them to others. We also asked them to clean the calcification off the existing tiles which they did a good job on. We asked them to acid wash the spillover pool basin. They did these two additional services for $350.
