They did a great job. They were very competent and they did everything on time. They didn't charge extra for the rock that had to be dug out of the hole. He had great personal references from people that had also used him. I would recommend him highly.

The owner usually does the sales call. He is very convincing and makes you feel you will be his only customer. We hired them and used them with our pool for almost a year. After a few months we noticed a trend of them "installing" and putting chemicals in our pool without our authorization. We would not find out until we received the bill. I am talking about bill for almost $500 in addition to our regular monthly bill! Once they attempted to "sell" us a chlorinator even when we already had one. When approached about it the owner just apologized and mentioned that two chrorinators sometimes are better than one.
During our time with them we were told our pool had a lick. They offered to provide lick detection services for a price of $1500. I shopped around and the average cost for the same service was of $500. At the end we found out there was no lick in our pool. It seems that the pool guy had accidentally knocked a piece of tubing out of place in our auto re-filler. I confronted the owner of the company about all the tubing as well as the inflated quote for the leak detection. His answer was that accidents happen and that no other company are as good as they are in leak detection. He proceeded to talk bad about all other leak detection companies.
A couple of months after I confronted the owner with all the issues, our account got sold to another company without any notice.

We had several bids and Elite for sure gave us more bang for our buck. Most importantly though was how impressed we were with the owner and his team. Randy (owner) is who you deal with one on one. He is super friendly and easy to work with. He visits the site regularly to check on things. He doesn't cut corners!!! We had some stone put in we weren't happy with and it was not a problem. His team immediately came out to tear it out and redo it. They are very reliable and the work crew always showed up bright and early. We have been very impressed and have been asked by many who built our pool! A++!!!!
