Billy Morgan and his technicians are from start to finish responsive, honest, knowledgeable, capable, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to do business with. These are our go-to folks for installation of high-value superior Bryant quality here in Hays County. After expertly balancing our home's a/c needs with our expectations for price and efficiency, Billy patiently explained two realistic choices with cleanly organized information to help us decide. So glad an architect friend of ours recommended Cornerstone.

We've been using Cornerstone Heating since 2010 when Cornerstone was one of several vendors that we'd asked to review the flagging performance of both of our old Heat Pump/AC systems and provide recommendations/bids for service. At that time, Billy recommended that we replace the upstairs system (failing seriously and parts no longer available without custom machining) but convinced me that he could revive the other (circa 1994) unit downstairs so that we could limit our expenses. Other vendors had told us that the downstairs unit was not economically serviceable, but Billy knew exactly how to get things running properly. We were impressed with his knowledge, diligence, and excellent customer service and everything has performed as promised.
Since then, we have asked Cornerstone Heating to come by on a yearly basis to service the Heat Pump/AC units and make sure everything is running as efficiently as possible. Cornerstone does a great job, the prices are competitive and the service is excellent. We also appreciate the excellent customer service provided by his staff.

Billy and his crew have done several different units for us over the years and also handles our repairs. He is very professional and knows his stuff. He has no issues with matching prices and make sure you get the best value for the money.

My A/C stopped working over the weekend. I called Cornerstone on Monday morning and the dispatcher said the earliest they could get to me was Tuesday evening, so I set the appointment. They called again on Tuesday morning and said they could get there earlier, so I agreed.
The service tech (Billy) came out and we discussed my situation. He had an idea immediately as to what the problem was, and went right to work. The great thing was that as I watched him do his job, he explained everything he was doing in terms that I could understand (I'm not an A/C expert by any stretch). I actually learned a thing or two.
He replaced a capacitor, told me how it worked, checked all the pressures, told me how that worked, got everything up and running, and told me exactly what he did. This guy exudes credibility and professionalism.
Then I told him that my system was over 25 years old. He told me there was no hurry to replace it since it was in decent working condition. I asked about a replacement anyway, so he worked up some quotes for three different replacement packages...a budget-priced system, a mid-level one, and a high-end one. No pressure to purchase, he just said call them if I decide to move forward with one. He then told me which times of the year are the busiest, as well as when the manufacturer offers rebates.
I never rate service companies, but I was thought Billy was so awesome that I felt compelled to do it this time. The customer service was outstanding. They will get my service business in the future, and also when I decide to go ahead and replace the system.

I was under a tight schedule to get the Heat Pumps inspected and serviced. Mr. Morgan changed his normal schedule to meet mine and came out on a weekend. He identified the problem with the older unit quickly, had the parts in his truck to make the repairs, and replaced the relay for the auxiliary heat strips. He checked the compressor and refrigerant and gave it a clean bill of health. He encouraged me to fix it rather than replace it. He serviced the new Heat Pump upstairs as well and gave me advice on how to keep everything in good order. He is a good listener, he gives good advice, and does an excellent job. And he said we didn't need to see him again until the next annual maintenance. Excellent service, excellent price.
I've used several other HVAC companies over the years in this area, but Billy Morgan is, by far, the best.

They are a very reliable company. They had a very quick response, they had a very reasonable price. I like the expediancy and responding to my call and showing up at my house to diagnose the problem. Once they diagnosed the system had a leak, they gave me a written estimate on site.

Excellent! I actually had another estimate that had been prepared just couple of weeks earlier for a similar Carrier system (Bryant is owned by Carrier, their systems are exactly the same), and Cornerstone's estimate was cheaper by thousands of dollars. This estimate also beat a third estimate for another system by at least a thousand dollars. Work was scheduled and completed within a week.
