Left drips and runs on the walls ceilings and trim Did not do the work in their contract Did not use the product they specified in their contract Will not return and fix their work, left us in worse shape before they started. Buyer beware !!!!

35 year old front-porch/deck needed its refresh. I decided that I was too old and lazy to do it again, so I started collecting quotes from contractors. After five or six quotes, the winner was clear, Color World. Their initial attentiveness and responsiveness was certainly characteristic over their entire project engagement. Joseph came and saw, photoed and quoted with comprehensive precision, in well-documented writing. They weren't the cheapest, yet they were far from the most expensive, Joseph earned my trust quickly and kept it. They come, scraped, sanded, â ¦, and painted with precision. Color World uses a third party contractor to perform the painting. There was a major disconnect between the quotation expectations and the actual performance. The job required three times as long as quoted to complete. Three weeks versus one. There were ongoing issues with color match and coverage. Inadequate efforts were made to cover floors and woodwork resulting in numerous drips, spills and paint splatter throughout the project. The hardword floors were damaged when moving furniture. The damage was repaired in one room but not completely repaired in another. I would not use them again or recommend their services.
