Cash Pollard with Black Cat Land Management did an amazing job clearing my property of cedar & debris. He went above & beyond to clear areas where I didn't realize had beautiful oak trees hidden in thick brush. In one day he was able to mulch & clear twice as much property than I calculated. The proprietor, Cash, came and looked at the property to be cleared. He was prompt, polite, knowledgable and answered all my questions in a courteous, professional manner. He cleared 6 acres of my property and came to my property on the dates and times that I requested. He was always quick to give me updates on how the work was progressing and to explain the process and what to expect. His price was extremely competitive and his charge was exactly as he had estimated. The final was result was more than I had hoped for! He cleared out all the underbrush and cedars and left the oak trees as I requested. He mulched everything and spread the mulch as I requested. I am more than pleased with every aspect of his work and plan to hire him again to clear another 5 acres of my property. GREAT JOB, CASH!!
