All the work was completed and then they were paid in full. After I had a plumber come out to do some work we noticed that when the water was turned on that it would just sit there, it wouldn't drain. A few weeks later I had them come out to give me an estimate on something else and at that time they informed me that I owed them money for a dumpster fee as well (even though they had already signed the receipt of my payment in full). This company also does not back up their word; they informed me that 45 days after the work was completed they would come out at that time to seal the grout. When I contacted them about this I was then informed that this work would cost extra. They now are not responding to my request to fix the problem with the water drainage issue after several attempts of leaving messages.

The overall job went well. I had my son-in-law working with Donny with our requests. He was pleased that he knew exactly how to do the work for the wheeled shower chair. His tile work is beautiful. We are pleased!!

They did a wonderful job and we've had them do several other rooms before these last two. They did grade A work and the materials they used were always top notch. They used some stones that were recycled and came from California. You couldn t beat the quality of these stones and our floors looked awesome.
