"Hello, First and foremost I am sorry to hear there are issues with the home and home inspection. I have tried to reach out to this client and have had no response to tell me what was missed. In a home inspection there are no guarantees that the home inspector will be able to find every potential problem in a home, especially when a home is lived in and there are many stored items in the house that further limits the inspection, unless of course the home inspector can take the home completely apart which of course we cannot do. We at Barfield Home Inspection Services always strive to not only perform a thorough inspection but to help the clients as much as we can during and after the home inspection process. In the event of a discrepancy we always work with our clients to help resolve any issues."
