Barfield Home Inspection Services

We used Randy Barfield for a home inspection recently. Randy was easy to schedule and work with. Randy walked us through all the items in the report at the home and was able to answer all of our questions and recommend a specialist for a potential issue he saw with the masonry. Would use and recommend Randy again.

We were very pleased with the home inspection service provided by Barfield Home Inspections! We were on a tight timeline, and Randy Barfield and his inspector Mike squeezed us in their busy schedule the very same day our offer was accepted on our new house. They were prompt, thorough, and explained everything to us once they had completed the inspection to make sure we understood which issues were the most important to take care of as part of the closing process, and which my husband and I could handle ourselves later on.
We were able to conveniently pay with a credit card, and a digital receipt was emailed to us for our records. Also, we received a digital copy of the full inspection report, complete with photos and descriptions of each issue they came across. Super helpful! We used this report to work with our realtor to decide what we should ask the homeowners to fix before closing. Highly recommend for dependable, timely, trustworthy service!
