The company was very well priced. Alex, the owner, was attentive and returned calls. I was told the project would take a couple of days but it took about 3 months. They left equipment on my lawn for days at a time, which killed a lot of my grass. They completed all if the job except for the gate I had paid for. In the end, I gave up and hired someone else who completed the job in a couple of hours and for $200. On the plus side, Alex did hang a planter on my brick wall. All in all, I think it's just a newer company that is having some growing pains. I am very satisfied with the overall project. My Arbor is lovely and I have enjoyed using it.

I do not recommend Gold Standard Landscaping and Construction. I have hired another company to remove and replace all of the flagstone patio/walkway work that I paid Gold Standard to design and build for me.

Alex was very helpful when we asked for assistance in making decisions. Would use this company again.

Work Quality: Gold Standard Construction's team was very careful handling my delicate ornaments inside my flower beds, and furniture when preparing for my new patio, the craftsmanship was excellent, leveled with a slope, no shifting bricks, they replaced sod as necessary and they even added a little curb with rebar for support. They go above what is called for and treated me right. 5/5 Customer Service: The rep that initially quoted us was very prompt, and even arrived early, was very knowledgeable when discussing options and ideas, every time we communicated, they left multiple avenues to interact with them. Even though then contract form appeared simple, I appreciate that they value communication while working with us. Also they were very considerate when I asked them any questions throughout the process 5/5 Value: I Couldn't be happier with the final result, while their price was higher then the other quotes I received, i was delighted after the whole process, If you take reviews into consideration, sometimes the cheapest option just does not cover qualities of a company you cannot see. 5/5 Final notes: They kindly asked that i fill out this review shortly after completing and to write a few sentences for each category, I'm giving back the quality they gave to me.

Excellent service and workmanship. I highly recommend Gold Service Construction, their people understood exactly what I wanted. They were a pleasure to do business with.
