NEGATIVE 5 STARS.. Top Air is not reliable and they failed to show up for several appointments. They were selected by the home warranty company to replace our coil. They replaced a communicating air handler with a non-communicating air handler and this has caused humidity and temperature issues in our home. The home warranty company is useless and Top Air will not answer their phone nor do they return messages. I will be out of pocket the expense to correct their incompetence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They are very responsive, explained things they doing or what needs to be done, did the work when they said they would do it and very good at follow up which is very uncommon in this field. I would definitely recommend them.
