If you need a general cleaning the company may be alright, but if you have problems with pet accident you might want to look somewhere else. I feel the service after the sale was very poor.

Was very friendly and accommodating. Explained what was needed and got right to work. Carpet already looks beautiful and better than when we moved in!. I opted for the regular service plus microbial treatment (and something else my carpet needed due to type). It gave me piece of mind that the little ones would be ok playing on the carpet.

I highly recommend this company for steam cleaning tile. The owner, Stephen, was very polite & professional & thoroughly explained his process, and his price was half the charge of another company's quote. After Stephen & his 2 helpers were finished, he even gave me sliders for my 2 dressers and his helpers put them under the dressers for me at no additional charge. I was very appreciative of this! There are just a couple of things you should discuss with him that I was unaware of. First, his process does not remove mildew, so clean your mildew before he cleans for you. Secondly. have an understanding of what will be put back in place after the job is done. I was extremely pleased with the results after my entire house of tile floors and tub surround were cleaned and sealed, and I will definitely use this company again in the future!

they did good but they charge extra for the edges.

Stephen was pretty good. I was satisfied with the service. The price on the other hand was a little more than we discussed over the phone. He said our carpet was really soiled but when he put the product down he found it was not as bad as he thought and he did not lower the price. I would use him again though.

Stephen did a great job cleaning our tile floors and grout, then sealing it all. With 4 dogs and all the rain weâ ve had, it was quite the undertaking but he accomplished our request with flying colors and at a reasonable price.
