I had my Jeep there to be repaired and even after I called and asked them to double check that my windows were rolled up before the tech was done, they left my windows down during a very stormy week. So now I have had to spend extra money to have the water removed.

$237 for oil change, filter change and fuel filter
change.  When I got home from dealership
(a 20 minute drive), oil was dripping off my truck onto the driveway.  I called the service department, thinking
maybe they had not installed the oil filter properly and it was leaking.  They told me to call my road service provider
(not their tow truck)and have the truck towed back to them.  I did this under protest, they had the truck
the rest of the day.  I called to find
out when it would be returned and the service person told me I would have to
either come to get it or they would drive it to me and I would have to take
their driver back to the dealership.  I
objected, and finally they delivered the truck. 
No apology, no offer of compensation. 
No offer to clean the black oil off my driveway.

I used them for a while. I didn't have to use them very much for the Cadillac but when something came up, they were very quick in getting it fixed. They would always call you and tell you the progress. When they found out the diagnosis, they would tell you exactly what it was and how much it would be. I thought the price was reasonable.

I made an appointment ahead of time at this dealership. I got there a little early but they were able to get me in right away. They performed the service immediately while I waited in their comfortable waiting room. They even had complimentary bottled water. Service was performed fast and satisfactory.
