Horrible he started the jobs and after one day pulled off after I paid ~ $10K upfront he then wouldn’t return calls or made excuses if I did happen to see him in person. this guy is a ConMan and I wouldn’t suggest doing business with him with a 10 pole. Look at other online areas where people have said that he was paid up to 20K and $70,000 and lost all their money. Wish I had seen those reviews before I heard him

He robbed us.  He took all of our money-which we stupidly paid him upfront and did not complete the job.  We are now in the process of finding a new contractor and having to come up with the money again, since he stole our money

Sixto returned my call quickly and came by to give an estimate for a new roof. His prices were very reasonable, and he was able to explain the warranties and the different grades of shingles and their specific advantages. The roof installation was scheduled as soon as the shingles were available, but Sixto's work crew was not on time. He did a good job on the roof, so I paid him ahead of time. He did some painting, but was supposed to do the doors, the shower, foundation and finish painting the walls. He didn't finish the work, was always late and left his crew by themselves (and they weren't experienced). He was unreliable, irresponsible and never returned my calls to finish up work he started.
