This company does good work! They send well trained and reliable technicians to your home. After the work is complete, they explain everything to you. Anyone wanting to get a central air and or heat unit installed for their home, this is the most reliable company to choose!

I've worked with them for several years. They responded quickly to my call and did a good job for reasonable price. In fact, they were the only company that could find the leak.

They were my favorite until they had one employee who was always trying to up sell me and tell me I need a new unit. Other than that, the company was really great. They were clean, honest, quick, and reasonably priced.

They are stellar people. The first time he came out, wanted to know why my heater did not work and the heat exchanger was out on it and it. It was a very expensive item on the heater part of the air-conditioner and he found it and installed it. It was under warranty, so o did not spend a penny on it. They are always on time and that is why I call them and ask them for a plumber. They are very professional and reasonable. I thought that the unit that we had was too small for our house, but he said that it was perfect for our house. I hope they get lots of business because it is hard to get business like that.

Our home is over a year old now. We have never had to call them out for anything so I would say we are completely happy with the system. My builder actually hired them so I don't know what was paid to any of the subs. Our home is a comfortable temperature year round from the system they put in.

My AC unit was not working and in very bad shape prior to contacting Mackey. They made repairs that got it working, and then came back to troubleshoot and fix other problems with system (none of which were caused by them). They were very honest, and didn't charge me as much as they could have. They were very friendly on phone, and very quick to come out to my house. This was not an easy job, and they fixed it up at low cost. They were very good about followup, and making sure my system was working before they billed me. On one occasion they did not charge anything for visit.

Mackey did a brilliant job with the installation. They did some fancy footwork to avoid putting in all new duct work. That would have cost another one thousand. They arrived very early and explained what they were going to do before they started. Everything went exactly as planned, and the entire work area was then cleaned. The job took less than a full day and has worked perfectly since installation.
