They were terrific from start to finish. I'm glad I used them.

when the time came for install, the installer said there was a problem with the way the building was built and he could not install the doors. We asked if he could show us the problem, but do to scheduling he did not have time to come out. We asked if the installer could make the changes to the header so that the doors could be installed, he would not. We made the changes to the building, meanwhile we lost our place in the schedule, 2 weeks later the doors where installed. The doors where not properly installed, we called and asked them to come out and fix them, bolts where not put in, the door locks would not lock and the doors where put in askew. 2 men came out the first time, put in the bolts that where missing, and said they adjusted the doors so that they would lock. The crew said the doors would need to be taken down and reinstalled to fix the askew problem. They said they would come back at a latter date. This was unacceptable, we owed the final 1/2 payment and held it, hoping this would get the doors fixed. 6 months went buy, Hall Door wanted their money, we wanted our door fixed. 2 men came out, they beat on the doors, hit the trim with his hammer, walked over to my garage 5 times and asked me if what they had done was okay. Said I was picky. The door is still not fixed, The door now will not close all the way, one side of the door is off the cement 1 inch, the lock will not lock, One side scrapes the track, the other side doesn't touch the track. Hall door got their final payment, we still have screwed up shop doors. Earlene, told us that if the crew that was sent out could not fix the doors, that she would have someone else come out, and take a look. We have not heard from Hall door in 2 weeks

I had one garage door that would not open properly and another one that made a horrible noise and wouldn't open at all. They came and adjusted and lubricated the one not opening properly and replaced the gears in the other one. He then tested them several times to make sure they were good to go. The technician was very friendly and professional.

I spoke to Earlene who was very pleasant at 8:30 AM and Angel arrived at 10:00 AM. Angel replaced 2 overhead springs on the garage door then lubricated the rollers and other moving parts. Angel completed the repair in 20 minutes and now our door operates smoothly! I am very satisfied with Earlene's customer service and Angel's proficient repairs. Need garage door repair? Call Hall's!

I advise do NOT use. 1st time I used I ordered door on a rent house. Hall's was suppose to install door and I went by at the end of week and nothing. I thought job was complete, this went on for a month. No return calls about why not done, I had to call Hall's each time. Today they were suppose to be at my home first thing. I scheduled this a WEEK ahead. I hired someone to let them in and stay there till they were finished. I called yesterday and left message to call before they left warehouse. I received a call from sales lady this morning and she was asking what was the address, type of door, etc. She said she did not have my installation on the schedule. She could not even find my order. I advise find ANY other door company if you want your door done on time. Keith Y.

I called Hall's on 7/10/13 and scheduled an appointment for the next day for a garage door that worked but was EXTREMEMLY noisy. I was hesitant to simply spray WD-40 on it, so I gave them a call in case there was anything serious that needed to be addressed. Hall's called me the next morning to state they were on their way, just as they had said they would. The repairman arrived in a timely matter, I explained the issue, and he sprayed lubricant on the hinges and rollers. I was charged their standard service fee of $80, and though it's a bit high for the service provided, I sincerely acknowledge it was fair since they did tell me that was their standard rate. They were professional and courteous, both on the phone and in person, and I'd use them again (though if my garage door is noisy again, I now know how to fix this myself :)

This group is top notch. Obviously a family owned business that has great values. They gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and get the best value for a new garage door in a windstorm area. They verified everything with me and showed up exactly when they said they would. They also gave an estimate before the work was scheduled, so I knew they could complete the work and it would pass inspection. I really like that they help arrange the inspection and give the buyer all the information they need for their area. Their quote was right on!

He called before he came .He was prompt, fixed the door and was out the door in 30 minutes. He was professional and the price was less than I expected.

Called at 9am Monday and they had it repaired and gone before noon at a price that seemed fair. I'd call them again and would recommend to a friend.

They're on time, they're not as careful with their work as I would like them to be, but they get the job done.

This company was pretty good. I have a few complaints. They worked to fast and were sure using their staple gun haphazardly. The opener works fine though and the installer seemed to be experienced.

I was very pleased. They came on time to check on the damaged door and gave options of how to repair. Were very responsive on the phone. Came on time to replace the door. Only problem was they left dirty handprints all over the outside of the door. I should have checked before they left, but did not. I called the office and they responded well. They came back in a few days and cleaned up the door.

Halls Door returned my call quickly and followed up with an estimate for installation of a new garage door. Their prices were very reasonable and they explained the warranties and advantages of the metal door. The installation was scheduled as soon as a day was scheduled and the installer was right on time. He installed the door and railings and cleaned up all the mess in two hours. He did an excellent job and left the garage in tiptop shape.
