Overall very pleased with adding the additional down spout. My only comment would be not thoroughly cleaning up after completing the job. Chunks and splinters of wood left on deck and parking pad below.

Pros-price was reasonable as compared to the tv gutter service, ($1300 for partial gutter filter<50 feet and gutter cleaning for the name brand vs. $330 for labor by Moya,I bought the filter for $400 from Costco for 200 ft. )so I have filter on all my gutters for $730 vs. 1300 for partial filters from brand name company, saved a lot. Cons- They did not tell me when they were going to do it, their installer just showed up when I was at work and they called me. It's good my wife was at home.

Unfortunately it is not going well. Started off great when he installed new gutters about a year ago. They look great except the gutter over my flower bed isn't sloped properly towards the downspout and isn't secured to the roof very well because water flows over the side and behind the gutter. It created a ditch so deep in my flower bed that water entered the house. I contacted Mr. Moya to come and adjust it, said he would but now won't return my calls. I begged him to come before the tropical storm moves in this weekend so I won't get water in the house again, but no response. No one else will come to do adjustments, just replacements. Sad that he doesn't stand by his work.

Went great! I have several rental properties in this area. It is often very hard to find people to come out and give estimates on smaller jobs of any kind. Especially right now when this area is still way behind with repairs from Hurricaine Harvey. Juan responded promptly, came out and gave a very reasonable estimate and then came out and performed the job within a few days. My tenent called me and said the gutters looked great. The whole experience was as seamless as his gutters. Thanks Juan!
