They came out and cleaned pool and spa and also took filter apart to clean, while cleaning the filter, they broke it and wanted me to replace it. I told them I would not replace it that it was their job to fix what they broke. They put it back together broken and left the DE powder out. I contacted the owner to see what their plan of action was to rectify the situation. He said he was unaware of any issue and would call his service guy. I never heard from him. My husband came home 4 days later and checked the system out and also found that the chlorinator had been tampered with and was no longer working . He called the owner, and he  claims that he called me and left a message on my phone, witch he never did, and that he, himself, would come out to check the chlorinator on Monday and he would send his service guy out to replace filter and put DE powder in. No one ever showed up to look at chlorinator and the service guy showed up a day after he was supped top be there and supposedly placed DE powder and replaced filter. All dealings with this company since has been completely unprofessional and unproductive.

Elite is our weekly pool maintenance company. The same guy comes every week in an Elite company truck, dressed in an Elite shirt, making him very easily identifiable. He cleans the pool, stabilizes the chemicals, then checks to make sure the equipment is in proper working order. He concludes his visit by filling out a checklist of items he completed and the notes what we as homeowners need to do (ie. add water) or need to have done. At that point, Elite contacts us if there is additional work that needs to be completed to have properly functioning equipment and gives us a quote and expected date of completion. Elite is very prompt in their communications and they get all repairs done quickly and correctly. Elite also gives us a fair price and is a very professional company. We have used them for a couple of years now and are quite happy with their services.
