We have been in business 7 yrs and have multiple crews ready and able to work! With billing procedures we ask for 50% upfront and 50% at end of the job. There will be a contract agreement at the beginning of the job, we do not offer financing or credit card payments.

I had bought the tile and grout already. I was instructed by Joe Tisdale to change out the grout and I bought the type he requested. His workers are not professionals at laying tile, nor grouting it. I called and informed Joe Tisdale of the problem and he said he was out of town on a job for 2 weeks. I called back after that time, and he has continued to ignore my calls. I even told him that I would take this problem to small claims court and NO RESPONSE from him to come and correct the problem. No return call at all!!!
I would NEVER use this contractor NEVER EVER again!!! I would not refer my enemy to use Complete Floors and More.
You will end up with a SHODDY JOB and a mess on your hands which Joe Tisdale could not care less about you or the crappy job you will no doubt have to deal with!! God as my witness!!!!!
