On time, excellent job

The overall experience was good. The representaive that came to perform the estimate was informative regarding the types of products that they offer. The associate that installed the windows also cleaned the windows for an additional fee. The installation process was quick and efficient.

Overall we are very happy with the Wincore windows.  Chris Moreau, the owner of the company, worked with us to get us a good deal.  I think things would have gone better regarding cleanup if the owner had been here during the install.  I was by myself and stayed inside for the install because there were at least two people working inside the house all day long.  My husband came home from work early so he could be here when they finished up.  We think they did a great job on the windows and they look great.  The problem we have is with the cleanup during and after the install.  Even though drop cloths were used inside, I still found pieces of glass in the carpet and have vacuumed the entire house several times.  I have also spent a lot of time picking pieces of glass and other debris out of my flower beds since they left.  I think they did not have enough drop cloths or trash containers to accomodate the amount of debris for 15 windows.  They were also not very careful about not stepping on plants, shrubs and flowers in the flower beds in the front of the house during the window installation.  I will have to replace some plants.  I spoke with the Chris on the Wednesday following the installation about the cleanup issue and he apologized for the mess his installers left behind.  All in all, I think this company is worth contracting with as long as you are aware of the problems.  I think Chris will take the necessary steps to see that his guys do a better job on cleanup in the future so don't be afraid to give them a chance.  The price for the windows was a good deal.
