SERVICE MASTER CLEAN/RESTORE

They were absolutely terrific! Very friendly, arrived right on time and did excellent work! The landlord of the rental I was leaving asked for their number, because the carpets looked so good. Will definitely use them again!

The provider has a friendly and helpful receptionist. I left three room sized oriental rugs and two smaller latch hook rugs for them to shampoo and dry. At first I was told it would be about a week to complete. Then, after no call to tell me they were finished I dropped by to check, and they had not began the process. It took an additional week to complete. They never called to let me know when they were ready. After the two week mark, I finally dropped by a second time to see what the status was, and they said that they had been cleaned and were dry. We arranged to have them delivered the next morning, and their delivery was made at the time we arranged. The rugs were rolled and wrapped in plastic. They look great! They smell clean and we are happy. One of the rugs had been used for a high traffic area and was very dusty. They completely removed the dust, and now we are able to enjoy the rug again. We felt that overall the price was fair for the amount of work they did. And even though it took longer than anticipated and I had to follow through with telephone calls, their work had positive results.

Carpet was cleaned well. Spots came back after 2 days. Left men working and they locked up. Carpet stayed wet for 24 hours. Have more recently found a company that does a drier process that we like better.

They did an excellent job. They picked up all their equipment up quickly. Their price was fair too.
