Slight delay in start due to weather but once project began it went quickly and efficiently
Crew friendly & professional, cleaned up as they went along
A few days after they were finished, somehow part of the siding was damaged, it was replaced in a few days & they left an extra piece of the siding should we need it in the future
House looks great, extremely pleased, cannot say enough good about the work & people!

Hank and his crew did exactly what was agreed upon and then some. They were courteous, punctual, and professional. They worked hard through some terrible heat these past few days. It was a great experience overall and I recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done.

I had seen the Exteria siding, which looks like shingles rather than boards, at the Longview home products show in 2011. I was dealing with other issues at that time, but at the Longview home products show in 2012, I signed up for an estimate. Hank called me the next week and we set up an appointment for a free estimate. I checked him out online and found out that he has been in business for approx. 30 years and could not find anything negative about him. I met with Hank. the owner, who looked at and walked around my home. Within a few days he provided me with a detailed, written estimate by e-mail, explaining he would have to special order the siding and that it would take 2-3 weeks. I took out a home equity loan to pay for the job, so that delayed the start of the project for several weeks, but once I had my loan, I gave him 50% deposit and we discussed some of the details about what color siding went where. He also explained to me why I was having a problem with my soffits and what he was going to do to repair it. It did not take 2 weeks for the siding to arrive and he put me on his schedule. He called me the day before the job was to start and explained it would be around noon before they could start as they had another job they needed to finish. I was impressed to get this notice. Except for the first day when they arrived around noon (as promised), his crew was there bright and early and worked all day, every day, until the job was done. The only day this was not the case was when there was a rainy afternoon, which was to be expected, but they worked before the rain came. There were no unpleasant suprises during the job. This is probably the only home repair project I have done that went exactly as it should have with regard to cost being as quoted, work being done well and in a timely manner. And, they even left me a partial box of siding, instead of charging me for it and taking it with them. I could not be happier with Hank's Siding and cannot give them a high enough recommendation.

FANTASTIC!!! Work was done quickly and windows look great. They replaced more outside wood than was originally planned with no additional cost. But the best part was that I had part of my back utility room was hanging off the slab and one of the workers hammered it back into place, saving me several hundred dollars work from one estimate. I tipped him $20. This company is tops!
