Everything that they did is no good at all. He made an elevated extension to the sewer-land on top of the foundation, not buried, it was flat and with no fall and will not pass in city inspection. I have to pay him 1200$ and repay someone else to fix the error. I sent him a message to have at least the half of the refund because the service is no good but he choose not to give back.

said he would check on permit if needed - built it too close to alley - City can inspect it - said the quality was so bad it would need to be torn down and start over. Earl Wilson at Wolfee for more money for materials and then disappeared.
