I called and explained the problem I was having with my filter and set up an appointment. The lady on the phone was not terribly rude, but her lack of "friendliness" and rush rush in her voice was noticeable and left a slight negative impression, thus the "good" instead of "excellent" overall rating. The pool man arrived for the appointment on time and was friendly and professional. He found the problem and cleaned the filter and answered all of my questions.
