I called the company phone number on Sunday expecting an answering machine. Instead, Dawn Latson answered the phone. She took some information from me, gave me her recommendation based on my requested features and told me she would call me back in the morning. Shortly after 8 Monday morning, she called and we set up a time for someone from her company to come that same day to install the garage door opener. Everything was done on time with the utmost of courtesy and professionalism. Darryl was very nice and explained everything to me. I am very happy with my purchase and the experience.

He spent at least 30 minutes making sure that the door was working correctly after he had repaired it. He suggested that I apply WD-40 monthly to avoid future problems.

Would not quote a price over the phone. Send out tech. Before he arrived I called other businesses and they gave me a range in pricing. When tech arrived, he quoted very high. After I told him what other companies were offering, he lowered his price to match.

The spring broke innediately after my wife returned from work last night. The garage door was jamed which meant no way to get our car out. Called Latson and Sons hoping to get after hours services. Mrs. Latson said she would do her best to get someone to us. She called back to tell us a technician would be out within an hour. Mr. Latson himself came over and did his usual outstanding work. He explained what had to be done and offered to replace only the one spring or to install two so we would always be able to open the garage if a spring broke again. All work was completed as expected plus he even installed new light bulbs. We highly recommend Latson and Sons

Found them here on the List and called them. They came out the next day and fixed the door within an hour. Very professional and very fair on the pricing. Had to replace both springs and only charged me $75.

It was fine.

Both doors had become too hard to pull up and down. Mr. Latson arrived a few minutes early, got both doors working within an hour, and had me try the doors to make sure I could open and close them. Then he offered advice on how to keep them moving freely in the future. I found him knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and would recommend his company to anyone.

I was very satisfied with their work. They did an outstanding job.

Repairman arrived ontime, performed the repairs, and double-checked his work before leaving.

It is probably good to get more than one estimate for major work, however, this went so well we did not have any regrets.
