Home Inspection
The provider responded quickly to my request for an appointment. He was flexible when I needed to reschedule. I work full-time and it is difficult to take off from work. So, I appreciated the late evening appointment slot. I'm not familiar with the equipment that he used to detect moisture. However, he explained a lot and made me comfortable that the equipment performed as I expected. We wrapped up the service call with his commitment to email me with a simple "no moisture detected" type of report. I have not heard back from him.
